So its been a while since I blogged anything so Im thrilled to share this wedding with you from back in July.
Matt and Rachel were a great couple to work with and I had a lovely time shooting their day.
The emphasis was on having fun, and it shows in the photos, everyone smiling and just enjoying the party.
It was great to see the friendship circles that had obviously existed for years, something I love to see at a wedding.
Plenty of banter and plenty of chit chat makes it so easy to pick off the photos.
The bridal prep was at the childhood home of the bride and Rachel looked stunning and was so relaxed before we headed to one of my favourite local churches at Kingskerswell, i love shooting here as the light never seems to be an issue and the church lends itself towards an intimate feel.
The ceremony was traditional and enjoyable and the smile never left Rachels face.
After confetti and some family shots it was down to the Bickliegh Mill inn for the reception. Again another one of my favourite places to shoot.
Theres a real rustic feel to this venue and again I enjoy the intimate nature of it.
Speeches were eventful and funny and then it was time to party.
The band soon got everyone going and the dance floor was another great source of shots for me.
I hope you enjoy the small selection of pics below, once again thanks to all for making me feel so welcome.
