Matt & Sarah. St Ives.
Last week I had the pleasure of shooting the wedding of Matt and Sarah in one of my favourite places in the UK, St Ives in Cornwall. I was looking forward to this one as it was the first wedding I had shot in the beautiful jewell of Cornwall. It was a different approach from the happy couple as I was asked to shoot the blessing in the chapel atop what is known as the island. After meeting at the harbour it was then a procession up to the chapel where we were met by incredibly strong winds but thankfully no rain ! The sun shone and remained for the rest of the day on the more sheltered Porthgwidden beach where the families relaxed and made the most of the wonderful weather before going to the Beach Cafe for the wedding breakfast. It was then a case of dance the night away to the sounds of the excellent Thrift Club who had travelled down from London to entertain. A great day for all including myself. Natalie and Neil. Wotton House, Surrey.
Last week I had the pleasure of shooting the wedding of Natalie and Neil, the new Mr and Mrs Coles in Surrey, in the gorgeous venue at Wotton House near Dorking.
It was a great day only interrupted by some unwelcome rain in the afternoon, however this did not dampen the spirits and a real party atmosphere ruled the day.
The weather cleared up in the evening and we bagged some great stuff in the gardens. I chose to go with natural light on this occasion as the colours from the orange glow of the sun were awesome and gave a real Summer feel to the shots.

Mark and Simon. Taplow House 9/12/12
Last week i travelled to Taplow House in Berkshire to shoot the Civil Partnership of Mark and Simon. The guys looked super smart in their Navy jackets with cream cravats and the venue was imaculately prepared as it always is at Taplow.
I had great fun shooting the day and I've posted a few pics to give you a flavour of the day.
